About Me!

Hi!  My name is Vanessa Hipkins.  I am in my final semester of my fourth year of Education here at the University of Regina (Yay!).  In April (2011), I will graduate with a Bachelor of Education (Elementary) – the start to my teaching career!  I have lived in Regina for the past four years now while attending university, but originally I am from the small (small, small…) town of Porcupine Plain Saskatchewan (about three hours North East of Regina).  I am part of a very close, loving, and growing family of eight – dad, mom, two (older) brothers, sister-in-law, niece, and nephew.  I enjoy taking part in a wide variety of hobbies and activities – playing, watching, and coaching sports, cooking and baking, painting landscape pictures, and traveling around the world to name a few.

This is my first [and hopefully not last] attempt at “blogging” so bear with me as I learn and try new things, AND please feel free to offer any comments, advice and/or suggestions that I can use to help me on my “blogging adventure!” Thanks!

Vanessa I work with Dhl express and have a package for you with a incorrect address in Abernethy. Its Jan 24/13. Ive got a call into your family in Porcupine Plain. If i dont hear from someone today then i will have to send it back. I was able to cross reference all this because the cell num on the package is the same one on your online resume. If you see this later, you can always contact DHL and they may be able to help. Hope this helps you out and good luck with your teaching career. 🙂 Randy V. 537-1759
